Halloween: The Game launches with one killer and ten playable Heroes of Haddonfield — plus two more civilians locked to the Digital Deluxe Edition. This characters list covers every confirmed fighter on both sides of the 1v4: Michael Myers, the four reimagined legacy characters from the 1978 film, and the six new Haddonfield residents IllFonic created for the game.

Officially: the Standard Edition features 10 playable Civilians (Jennifer, Tanya, Rachel, Eric, Marcus, Thomas, Bob, Lynda, Annie and Laurie), and the Deluxe Edition adds Richard and Alexis. All 12 civilians carry the same four stats — Athleticism, Personality, Resourcefulness and Capability — with unique values and signature traits per character.
02THE LEGACY CHARACTERS
Bob Simms, Annie Brackett, Lynda van der Klok and Laurie Strode are reimagined from the original film "in close collaboration with Malek Akkad and Compass International Pictures," according to IllFonic. They appear interactively in singleplayer story sequences inspired by iconic film scenes, and are fully playable in multiplayer with their own outfits and challenge unlocks.
Art Director Cole Gray on the approach: "We aren't just adapting a widely adored movie; we're building an entire world around it… Reimagining these characters from the ground up allowed us to seamlessly weave them into a fresh, cohesive landscape that respects the era while presenting new ideas."
Completing singleplayer challenges unlocks alternate costumes and cosmetics for them — including "some iconic looks fans of the original film will greatly appreciate." The Deluxe Edition also grants Advance Access to the "Final Girl" Laurie Strode cosmetic.
Laurie Strode
The quintessential final girl — babysitter, survivor, leader. Voiced by Chelsea Krause.
Annie Brackett
Rebellious and funny, the sheriff's daughter who babysits at the Wallace house. Kaitlyn Robrock.
Lynda van der Klok
Ever-confident and iconic for her "totally" catchphrase energy. Angela Carbone.
Bob Simms

03THE NEW HADDONFIELD CAST

Thomas Armitage
At 21, the star college football player still comes home every weekend to see his little sister, visit friends and help at his dad's furniture business. Officially a "courageous leader on and off the football field" — a natural fit for the Personality stat and for organizing rescues.
Jennifer Aarons
Quiet, kind and "demonstrably type A," Jennifer is spending gap years at the local bookstore to save for college — with a recent detour into Haddonfield's nightlife eroding that fastidious shell. The planner archetype: knows the exits before anyone else asks.
Tanya Harrison
The record store's "Music Matchmaker" and the center of the town's social scene. She turned down a job at Strode Realty to stay behind the counter — underneath the bubbly exterior is a charming, dark sense of humor.
Rachel Calahan
Studying funeral service education to become a mortician in the family business, Rachel is fascinated by death and the unknown, loves punk music and sarcasm, and keeps a small circle from the occult section of the bookstore. She may prefer the dead's company — useful on Halloween night.
Marcus Navarro
Born and raised in Haddonfield, Marcus spent years away with his father after his parents' divorce and came back a brooding lone wolf on a motorcycle. He rides over to the Rabbit in Red Lounge to shoot pool with the Castle Hill Rooks — but he'll protect the people he cares about, like his grandmother Gloria.
Eric
The sixth new civilian is confirmed on the official launch roster but IllFonic hasn't published his profile yet. We'll add his full breakdown here as soon as official material lands.
04MICHAEL MYERS
The killer side of the roster is Michael Myers — the Shape, the Boogeyman. He brings the full kit covered in the killer guide: Killer Sense and Shape Jump as starting traits, three ability slots (Reality Tear, Blackout, Detection Pulse and more), starting weapons with tints, and executions. His customization is extensive: Killer Skins and Tints, including the pre-order Phantom skin, Deluxe's Inmate skin, the physical edition's Samhain skin and Clown skin, and a legendary look for clearing every singleplayer challenge.
His movement was brought to life with original Michael Myers actor Nick Castle back in mo-cap, working alongside stuntman TJ Storm, with John Carpenter attached to the project as original director.

Are Laurie Strode and the film characters in the game?
Yes. Laurie Strode, Annie Brackett, Lynda van der Klok and Bob Simms are playable civilians, reimagined in collaboration with Compass International Pictures and inspired by the 1978 film.
Can you play as Dr. Loomis or a police officer?
Not as a primary character. Downed civilians can return to a match as a Sheriff's Deputy or as Dr. Loomis to support survivors. Dr. Samuel J. Loomis also narrates the singleplayer story mode.
