Halloween Game Guide is an unofficial fan-made guide to Halloween: The Game, the 1v4 asymmetrical horror game developed by IllFonic and set in the Haddonfield of the 1978 classic. We write practical guides for both sides of the mask — Michael Myers killers and the Heroes of Haddonfield.

What this site covers

Killer and survivor guides, the full character roster, every launch map, core gameplay systems, the story mode and singleplayer options. The site launched ahead of the game's September 8, 2026 release and is being expanded with verified, hands-on content as the launch build is tested.

How we keep it accurate

Everything on this site is cross-checked against official sources: the game's official site and news blog, the Steam store listing, and official developer material from IllFonic and Gun Interactive. Where a fact hasn't been officially confirmed yet, we say so instead of guessing — you'll see "TBA" and "to be verified" notes rather than invented details. Screenshots are official press assets. This is a fan project and is not affiliated with IllFonic, Gun Interactive, Compass International Pictures or Further Front.

Updates

Guides are timestamped with a verification date. A launch-day pass is planned for September 8, 2026 to confirm abilities, stat spreads and map details against the live build. See the changelog for what changed and when.
